Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 4, 2026 · Last Updated: July 4, 2026Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Do Your Work Project website at any URL, booking an appointment, making a payment, or engaging in any service offered by Do Your Work Project or its founder Abigayle Rockette, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Do Your Work Project reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Nature of Services
Do Your Work Project offers holistic healing support, transformational coaching, earth medicine facilitation, and community-based wellness experiences. These services are intended to support personal growth, self-discovery, and emotional and spiritual well-being.
If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, please contact emergency services or a licensed healthcare professional immediately.
Earth Medicine & Ceremony
Participation in any earth medicine ceremony, including but not limited to Kambo, is entirely voluntary. By booking and participating in a ceremony, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You have disclosed all relevant medical history, medications, and health conditions truthfully and completely during the intake process
- You understand that earth medicine ceremonies carry inherent physical and emotional risks and you accept full personal responsibility for your participation
- You have been given the opportunity to ask questions and have had adequate time to make an informed decision
- You are participating of your own free will and may withdraw consent at any time before a session begins
- You understand that results from any ceremony or healing practice are not guaranteed
Do Your Work Project reserves the right to decline service to any individual whose participation could pose a safety risk to themselves or others, at the sole discretion of the practitioner.
Appointments & Cancellations
All appointments are booked through our scheduling platform. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee
- No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be charged the full session fee at our discretion
- Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened session or rescheduling, with no refund of the booking fee
- Rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before your appointment at no additional charge
Do Your Work Project reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or alternative appointment time.
Payments & Refunds
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept payment through our third-party payment processor.
Due to the personal and time-intensive nature of our services, all sales are generally final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Do Your Work Project in the following circumstances:
- A session was cancelled by Do Your Work Project with insufficient notice
- A documented medical emergency prevents participation
- A technical or administrative error resulted in a duplicate charge
Donations made to Do Your Work Project are non-refundable.
Confidentiality
Do Your Work Project is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all clients. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit written consent, except where disclosure is required by law — for example, in situations involving risk of harm to yourself or others.
Clients are also asked to respect the confidentiality of others in any group settings or community spaces. Information shared by other participants in group sessions, workshops, or community gatherings is to be kept strictly confidential.
Code of Conduct
Do Your Work Project is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants. By engaging our services or community, you agree to:
- Treat all practitioners, staff, and fellow participants with dignity and respect
- Arrive to sessions sober and in a state that allows for full, conscious participation
- Disclose any relevant health conditions, medications, or contraindications honestly before participating in any ceremony or practice
- Take personal responsibility for your own healing journey and choices
- Refrain from recording sessions without the explicit written consent of Do Your Work Project
Do Your Work Project reserves the right to remove any participant from a session or community space whose behavior is deemed harmful, disrespectful, or inconsistent with our values, without refund.
