Who We Are
Do Your Work Project’ s Founder Abigayle Rockette serving Kambo to participant

Do Your Work Project is a global movement of rediscovering truth. Which is grounded in love, compassion, respect, integrity, resilience, creativity, and unity, while honoring the sacredness of life. We guide individuals to meet their shadows with compassion and transform them into seeds of growth, awakening wholeness, expanding love, and opening new possibilities for healing.
At its core, Do Your Work Project embraces life itself as ceremony. Our work is grounded in both ancient wisdom and modern science, woven with movement, mindfulness practices, education, spiritual rituals, and earth medicine.
We are more than a practice, we are a community. Together, we create spaces of safety, support, and belonging, reminding each other that we do not heal alone. Every transformation becomes an act of service, radiating love and empowerment outward, nurturing not only personal growth but also for our friends, family and the collective consciousness. So that each of us may stand grounded in truth and crowned in our own light. Because when we heal ourselves, we heal this world.

Abigayle Rockette is a Holistic Guide and Transformational Coach, devoted to creating safe and sacred spaces for healing, self-discovery, and personal transformation. She blends ancient Earth medicine ceremonies with complementary practices; spiritual practices, movement, shadow work, meditation, self-cultivation, and integrative coaching. Which supports healing on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.
Her path was born from her own healing journey. In 2018, while navigating debilitating IBS-C that left her bedridden, in pain, and disconnected from her body and spirit, she began working with plant medicine and earth medicine alongside intentional lifestyle practices. Through this integration of ancient wisdom and modern healing approaches, she experienced profound relief, entered remission, and rediscovered a vitality she hadn’t known in years. That transformation sparked a lifelong devotion to helping others reclaim their health and wholeness.
In 2021, Abigayle became a Certified Kambo Practitioner. Today, her work has evolved into a collaborative tapestry. She holds space with reverence for a variety of sacred medicines and practices. She honors these medicines not as cures, but as gateways: when combined with spiritual and holistic practices, they open pathways for healing, self-discovery, and the reclamation of personal power.
More than a practitioner, Abigayle serves as a guide and mirror. She does not claim to heal; rather, she supports individuals in remembering their own inherent capacity to heal, to embody their authenticity, and to live with purpose. She continues to inspire others to embrace their truth with love, and compassion.
Her dedication has led her back into academia. After two years at BMCC for Psychology, she transferred to Columbia University, where she is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience and Behavior with a special concentration in Public Health. Her vision is to weave ancestral wisdom with modern science. Bringing together neuroscience, psychology, spiritual traditions, and evidence-based practices to create healing frameworks that support both personal transformation and collective well-being.

We envision a world where each individual remembers their royalty, lives with integrity and love, and contributes to a greater tapestry of unity.
In this vision, every kingdom strengthens the whole, illuminating the collective consciousness with truth. Truth is understood not merely as fact, but as our deepest essence. It is the living pulse of all that is and all that will ever be. At its core, truth is love: compassion, reverence, and connection that honor both self and all living beings.
By living life as ceremony and leading with love, humanity begins to write a new story. One where sovereignty, respect, and sacred connection guide the way forward. Through ceremony, transformational coaching, integration practices, and lifelong community, Do Your Work Project nurtures the remembrance of each person’s crown, supports the embodiment of their destined power, and cultivates a kingdom of love, wholeness, and possibility for all.
-
At Do Your Work Project, we believe every person carries a kingdom within. Healing begins when we put on our crown, lead with our heart, and rule our lives with love.
Our mission is to guide individuals back to their authentic sovereignty; embracing shadows with compassion, transforming wounds into wisdom, and awakening the wholeness already alive within. When one person reclaims their crown, their kingdom flourishes, and together we uplift the collective consciousness.

“I met Abigayle at a pivotal moment in my life. She guided me gently through the grief of losing a loved one and helped me face long-buried childhood trauma. Abigayle opened her heart and her home, holding me with care while facilitating earth-medicine and teaching me practices such as meditation and breathwork. She didn’t just provide the ceremony: she explained why it was needed, what to expect from the process, and the practices and tools that were suggested as I continued my journey.
I had never felt truly safe with anyone, not even my own family, but Abigayle, a stranger at the time now someone I call a friend, offered me a sanctuary. I will be forever grateful for her compassion, wisdom, and presence.”

“I recently had the privilege of joining Abigayle in two holistic medicine ceremonies, and each experience was beautiful & just so deeply transformative. Through her guidance, and administration I have been clear of some stubborn mental and spiritual burdens that were heckling me . I transcended into a more confident, healthier, fearless, and mentally clear version of myself.
Abigayle’s gift is undeniable—she creates an immersive safe, comforting space where I felt fully protected throughout the journey. Reflecting on the work, I feel immense contentment and gratitude. I wholeheartedly recommend Abigayle to anyone seeking true healing and guidance on their path. Ashe Aho.”

“I had the opportunity to experience Kambo last summer in July, and I stayed with my practitioner, Abigayle, for about a week. From the very beginning, she was incredibly mindful and knowledgeable, always willing to teach and guide me through the process. She created a safe and welcoming space that felt very homey and comforting.
What stood out to me the most was how thoughtful and available she was throughout my journey. She gave me the room to really dig deeper into myself, while also supporting me in understanding the “why” behind what I was doing. Even though I wasn’t able to finish the full ritual, Abigail remained personable and compassionate, which meant so much to me.
The entire experience felt aligned—affordable, intentional, and truly meant to be. I left with a deeper sense of clarity and would definitely do it again.
I would highly recommend Abigayle to anyone looking to go deeper into their spirituality, explore themselves on a new level, and make real changes in their life. She is not only a practitioner, but a genuinely great person.”
